A 12 month in depth CURRICULUM for hairdressers to transform as individuals and the way they work

Evolve’s three phase structure allows you to immerse yourself in the revolutionary approach that’s reshaping the hairdressing industry one conscious hairdresser at a time.

PHase 1: Initiation

During this phase of the program you will lay the foundations for the rest of your journey by exploring the inner landscape of yourself and your current personal and professional environment. You will explore and intimately get to know the 4 bodies; physical, sensory, emotional and energetic, along with Mariana’s signature M.A.P™ process, to explore yourself and connect with your authenticity.

  • Your vessel is the most sacred and essential part of how you move through the world on a daily basis. Understanding how to nourish, support, move and rest it- curates a deep personal awareness and wisdom that sets the tone and the foundations of how you are perceived and received in the world. It starts with you first!

  • The senses are the first layer between our outer and inner worlds communication. This information that is received every second we are breathing life in, is what is guiding us through choices, pathways, and memory that dictates our every move. Understanding how your body responds to smell, sound, sight, touch and taste, is an essential guiding tool to understanding the very fabric of what moves you in life. Be ready to go on the adventure of your inner and outer landscape of your senses!

  • Emotions, feelings and moods are the second layer of our internal communication systems. Understanding how to become the witness of your emotional movement in the body, creates profound self awareness which sets the bar on how you either respond or react to any situation that you are presented with. Moving through the emotional landscape, empowers your capacity to address your emotional needs in professional environments, enabling you to bring authenticity to how you communicate to others though the lens of what you are authentically feeling. This is the bridge module of authentic relating.

  • Everything that is emanated into the world from you, is an energetic delivery. Your energy body is the non verbal communicator that relates with others before you even speak. Having deep awareness of how your energy body is perceived and received by others, is an empowered awarenss to have when working within the service industry. How you set your energetic tone in the world is just as important as how you dress in the world!

PHase 2: Change agent

In this phase of the program you will open the doors to your conscious wisdom, allowing you to meet all tides of change that will occur in the industry and on a personal level throughout life, confidently.

Acquire wisdom and knowledge to transform how you navigate the world. Develop a skill set that will raise the frequency of your business and how you build authentic relationships with your clients and team.

  • The Psychology of Hairdressing is an essential module that takes you on an in depth journey of the business we are currently in. Working with people, opens up the portal of needing to understand the knowledge of what it is that goes on beyond the hair. Our industry has many moving parts that cultivate a profession that bridges far beyond the hair and beauty aspect of what it is we do. Knowing your roots as a professional and understanding the psychological theory behind an industry that supports so many and gives so much, is the esential element that is needed that raises the bar on being a hairdresser to becoming an Evolved™ professional.

  • All hair and beauty professionals do all day is communicate! Understanding the foundamental theory and communication practices that enable us to communicate with our clients and teams professionaly, is a fundamental tool that is absolutely necessary to have in our toolkit. This module will open the doorway to interpersonal relating, understanding body language, non-verbal communication and the power of becoming a conscious and present communicator.

  • Understanding your inner state and then being able to set your authentic tone to meet your day with your clients brings more authenticity to communicating and elating with others. This module will open up the inner landscape theory and practices seeing that you become proficient at navigating difficult or challenging situations. This inner landscape module will empower you with skills and tools to support your clients to go on a deep inner journey while they are sitting in your chair. This is the piece which bridges beauty and hair with the human experience.

  • This module sees you taking all you have learned in the last 7 modules and put it into case study practice. Taking this module into practice opens up to show you how much your study till this point has changed your mindset on how you communicate, view and relate with your clients and teams in a more conscientious manner.

PHASE 3: TRANSFORMATION AGENT

This third phase is where knowledge meets magik and where you will meet your authentic self before going out into the world and transforming all the people that you touch.

  • This is the foundation of your magik. You’ll come to understand what kind of healer you are and how to bring this into your sessions with your clients. You will also learn how to create an environment that reflects the magic that is authentic to you. The combination of reflecting both the internal landscape and external landscape helps infuse your sessions into a profound magical experience for you and your client.

  • People that come to us, come for change. Inevitably, these changes are infused with a turning point in their life. In this module, you’ll experience a remembering of life transitions and cycles, why these are important and how to honour them with your clients. You’ll understand the rituals and rites of passage associated with change to help guide your clients through easeful transitions.

  • Moving through change has many layers and archetypes are one of the most profound layers to understand and integrate into your sessions in order to facilitate deep, embodied transformation. You’ll learn the many archetypes that people move through over a lifetime, their purpose, their story and their reflections.

  • Here you will design your new paradigm and cultivate your own brand. You’ll have the opportunity to dream into your new working environment and your signature boutique business to then present it to the world.
